Happy Birthday

Today marks the two year anniversary of The Anetzberger Verdict. 13,436 views ago the blog started on Blogger covering Jamario Moon, and I still stand by that today as I continue to cover him. Since then, The Anetzberger Verdict has had a couple different homes. From Wordpress, MVN, back to blogger, I have tried to keep my site up to date. The thing that has surprised me the most in these two years is that not only have I kept the blog up, but I have continued to cover Jamario Moon every single game for two years. Still, I am the only Jamario Moon blogger which makes me the #1 Jamario Moon blogger, and I am honored to have that title.

NBA Thoughts (BREAKING NEWS 6PM)
The Celtics have made an offer to Rasheed Wallace for two years. Rasheed hasn't confirmed this yet, but the Celtics are reporting it.

Back to the NBA. Are the Bulls trying to tank this season? Why would they let Ben Gordon just walk? Pretty stupid in my mind. They didn't even try to sign and trade him or anything. He was a big part of the Bulls run in the playoffs this past postseason. Does this mean the Pistons are legit? Forget Allen Iverson. With Gordon, Villanueva, and Rip Hamilton, they should be a playoff contending team.

Legal System
First and foremost, I want to state I do not condone dog fighting.

Michael Vick conducts illegal dog fighting and is sentenced to two years in jail, deservedly so. Donte' Stallworth strikes a man with his car while under the influence of alcohol and is sentenced to 30 days in jail. That makes no sense. Now like I said, dog fighting is wrong and whoever conducts or is involved in it should be sent to jail. But Donte' Stallworth kills a man while drunk and gets only 30 days in jail? That ludicrous.
